The purpose of this article is to describe the different products for improving sleep, and to show that it is impossible to buy a product without some basic information about it. If you have ever felt sick when you sleep, this is probably the cause of your feeling bad. If you have never heard of sleep apnea, you may be surprised. I am not going to give you a detailed description of it, so I will just say that it can be fatal if not treated. Sleep apnea is an abnormal breathing pattern that produces apnea, or pauses in breathing. If your normal breathing pattern causes you to stop breathing for long periods of time, this can cause your breathing to change suddenly, such as a sudden sharp inhale and a sudden sudden exhale. It's a condition that can happen to any person, even if they have never experienced it. When someone with sleep apnea breathes for too long, their breathing can suddenly become shallow, and then become hard again, which can be deadly.
